INGREDIENTS
- 4 Cups plain flour
- 1/2 Tbsp oregano & thyme
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp ginger
- 1 Tbsp mustard powder
- 2 Tbsp paprika
- 1 Tbsp white pepper
- 1 Tbsp black pepper
- 1/2 Tbsp sea salt
- 1/2 Tbsp celery salt
- Chicken breast
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp milk
- Cooking Oil

METHOD
- In a mixing bowl add the flour & all your herbs & spices.
- In a separate bowl crack 2 eggs, milk & whisk until combined into egg wash.
- In a wok/fryer put your oil on a medium heat.
- With your chicken breast add it to the flour mix, then egg wash & finally into the flour mix.
- Put your flour coated chicken into the wok/fryer for 6-8 minutes until chicken breast is fully cooked.
