Prep: 5 Minutes, Cook Time: 20 Minutes, Makes: 8 Large puddings
Ingredients:
- 1/4 Tsp salt
- 1/4 Tsp pepper
- 140g Plain flour
- 4 Medium eggs
- 200ml Milk
- 4 Tbsp sunflower oil

Method:
- Preheat your oven to 230C/Gas 8.
- Put 1 Tbsp of sunflower oil into each 4 hole yorkshire pudding tin and place in the oven to heat the oil through.
- Sieve your flour into a medium sized bowl and add your salt and pepper.
- Beat in your eggs until the batter is smooth.
- Gradually add your milk and carrying on beating until the mix is completely lump free.
- Pour the batter into a jug and now you can remove the hot yorkshire pudding tin from the oven.
- Carefully pour in the batter evenly in the holes.
- Place the tin back in the oven for 20-25 minutes until they are puffed up and browned. Do not open the oven door until they are puffed up.
- Repeat again If you have left over batter.
