- 500g of chicken breast cubed (small)
- 2 tsp of lemon juice
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp chili powder (add 2 tsp if you like spice) –
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 2 tbsp plain yoghurt
- 1 pinch of salt
Method * In a mixing bowl add the yoghurt, all the spices, lemon juice & salt. * Add your chicken cubes into the mixing bowl. Mix well make sure all chicken pieces are coated. * Cover the mixing bowl with a lid or cling film & leave the marinade in the fridge between 4-6 hours. This can be done the night before for better flavour. * Preheat your oven to 200 degree or gas mark 4. * Line your oven proof tray with tinned foil, place your chicken pieces on top evenly spread & spaced out. * Bake the chicken for 20-30 minutes until the chicken has clear juices when cut open.
