Prep Time: 10-15 minutes, Serves: 2
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp plain flour
- 1 Cup milk
- 1 & 1/2 Cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 Tsp salt
- 1/2 Tsp chilli powder (optional)
- A few jalapenos (Optional)
METHOD:
- In a medium sized saucepan add your butter on a medium heat.
- Once your butter is melted slowly add your flour and whisk it together until they both become bubbly and foamy.
- Whisk in your milk slowly and allow the milk to to come to a simmer while still whisking.
- Once it is thick enough to coat a spoon turn your heat off.
- Stir in your shredded cheddar cheese and chilli powder, jalapenos and salt.
- You can now enjoy your own homemade nacho cheese dip.
