PREP TIME: 10 MINTUES, COOK TIME: 1 HOUR, SERVES: 9
INGREDIENTS:
- 10X14 Baking tin
- 300g Plain flour
- 1 Tsp water
- 300g Sugar
- 100g Cocoa powder
- 150g Butter
- 1-2 Tbsp sugar for sprinkling

METHOD:
- Preheat your oven to 180C/gas mark 4.
- In a large mixing bowl add in your flour, sugar and cocoa powder and mix it together.
- Melt your butter in a microwave proof bowl and pour it into the mixing bowl, mix it all together until it becomes a crumbly texture.
- Grease proof your baking tin, add your crumbly texture into the tin and pat it down firmly and evenly.
- Sprinkle 1 Tsp of water evenly over the top with your fingers.
- Place the tin into the oven on the middle shelf and let it bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the tin out of the oven onto a cooling rack and sprinkle your sugar on top.
- Now let it cool for a further 30 minutes and cut it into squares.
- Remove the squares and place them onto a cooling rack until fully cooled and hard.
- You can now enjoy your delicious concrete cake!
