Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp instant coffee
- 2 tbsp white/brown sugar
- 2 tbsp hot water
- 450ml of milk
Method:
- Add the instant coffee, sugar and hot water to a mixing bowl. You can use a electric mixer or hand mixer, whip the coffee mixture until it is light golden brown, fluffy and holds stiff peaks.
- Put your 4 ice cubes into a glass then add your milk.
- Spoon dollops of your frothy coffee mixture on top and stir with a spoon or straw.
